Need to disconnect battery to move it to fit CAI..... what happens? alarm goes off? imboliser? what vehicle codes do i need to get?

You might need a radio code if you have an aftermarket HU, otherwise it should all be fine.

So the locks and imobiliser won't reset or the stndardradio won't need a code and everything will be OK cus I don't want to be stuck at work trying to bypass the locks

You should be fine, I changed the battery on my TDI without any problems. If you have one-touch windows enabled that might be forgotten, but the core system of the car should be fine.

Will it re learn 1 touch or?

should be fine, mine just lost the time which is easy to reset.

I always remove the keys out of the ignition & put them in my pocket before i disconnect a battery on any car i work on,there have been times when ive seen the car lock itself with the keys in when the battery was re-connectted. ;)
