I heard on the news there was some accident with a rally car which hit a spectator who had to get his leg amputated :(

McGyver & I were there on the Sunday, and caught a glimpse of Milner's Octy WRC (on it's last legs unfortunately). Mc Garrity was giving it socks in the Fabia all day.... so much so that I only managed to get a pic of it in the service area

I heard the same story too Colm, about the spectator that got injured. Sad fact of rallying is that more spectators get hurt than entrants. Having been a navigator in the nationals a few years back, and having been a spectator since, I can see why.

Some people don't have much sense when it comes to positioning themselves for rallies.

Have you seen footage of the Group B cars in Italy, Spain, those people nearly stand in front of the cars :eek: , nuts.
