Left a brief email and contact no. To be fair to them they did get back to me (although it took the best part of 2wks!) and helped resolve my issue.

Think they prefer to do stuff over the phone so don't give you much space to rant.

It does if you expand the rectangle using the bottom right corner where the little marks are (you drag it to expand it) and you'll increase the space available.
