Any 1 giv advice mk1 ocy if I accelerate gental it's boost ok feel turbo great if I accelerate hard it's sluggish feels like not full boost it stil picks up speed but not like it shud also only getting bout 22 24 mpg 

Could be a dodgy maf sensor. Commom problem.

have you scanned it for fault codes? This is the first thing you should do.

check your pipes in the engine bay,

i recently changed a hose under the intake manifold that had a split in it and this has sorted my FLAT spots out while on boost but i now feel i have the same problem as you,im going to remove and clean my air filter the weekend and get a vag com scan done,

do you know what pressure boost your running?
