One thing I enabled and it is a neat feature that by default is disabled is automatic locking of the doors when the speed goes over 10mph. Removing the key unlocks all.

I've asked my dealer to enable anti-hijack (auto locking) and one touch opening on ours when it arrives. Incidentally I can change these options on my highline (maxi-dot) computer in my golf, shame you cant so this in the Fabia. Wonder if the menu (Convenience) can be enabled by a re-code on the Fabia?

you can do it in the fabia if you spec the steering wheel with the buttons,I did'nt want this so I have to do it through the vdcs thing in the garage.

Not sure this is true actually. vRS comes with Stereo controls but not with the phone controls and it cannot be done on this. I dont think having the phone MFSW enables this extra menu either, rather the trip computer can be controlled from the steering wheel rather than the wiper stalk.

I was under the impression these menus do not feature on any Fabia with maxi-dot regardless of spec, though do on the Octy etc. I do think its probably possible to enable the sub menus if you have VCDS and know what your doing. Someone with VCDS might be able to confirm this. I know for one i'd really like to enable the large MPH digital speedo on mine, think you have to change the computers region to Australia to achieve this as this is allowed over there but they share all the same temp and speed units as us.

This isn't disabled by default on my vRS - doors autolock when moving, was working as standard from delivery.

I got this enabled this week by the dealers.

It is not possible to do via the Maxi-Dot / MDI on the Fabia, unless, like you said, there is a way to enable the convinience menu.
