has the op still got the exhaust fitted? looking at getting one, but can't find any real reviews online?

I was searching around for reviews on Proflow Exhausts and came across this thread.  Unfortunately I have to say that the Proflow Exhaust on my car has also failed pretty badly as well.  This is on a Jaguar XJL Supersport btw and I have no idea when it was fitted by a previous owner or at what mileage.  The car is a 60/2010 with 70k miles on the clock.

I contacted them to explain I had only just bought the car and the exhaust fell off after less than 400 miles of having the car!  I asked about their lifetime warranty but was quite quickly informed that the 'lifetime' warranty does not transfer across owners when the car is sold so is only 'lifetime' while the owner who had the work done keeps the car.  A very limited 'lifetime' warranty really!

I now have to decide if I get them to make up and fit a replacement to the left side when posibly the right side might fail at any point.  The construction and welds are not great and far from the best I have seen.  This is of course only my experience and I am not sure what branch/dealer supplier or fitted this.

I would say think twice though for sure.  I have uploaded all the pics of the failed exhuast and the existing right side to show the current condition of the remaining one here:

Hope the link works ;)
