INLET MANIFOLD INJECTION INSERTS

Featured Replies

The plastic inserts on the inlet that hold the injectors do they come out? if so how,and can they be reused? I want to powder coat my inlet but can't with these in as they will melt in the oven as it hits 500 deg. thanks in advance

Yes they unscrew with a 21mm (I think) hex socket.

Two of mine split when I removed them.

Part number is 06B 133 555 H

How much where they??

Hi, Matt

Waste of time asking Rob he is in NZ so price would not be the same

He supplied part number, best bet call your local VW,Skoda Dealer or TPS as can't be that much(nothing to them)

If you spray them with a lube(WD40 or similar) and leave over night or enough time to soak you should get them out without cracking..

They're about $3 US apparently and $6.50 NZ

So that would translate to about 2-3 quid I'd imagine.
