Featured Replies

My MK1 Fabia is currently riding on Weitec Hilcon GT and I have lowered her a bit say abit alot (front anyway) certain bumps tyres catch (205/45/16)I have the stock bump stops on the coilovers I was thinking of getting some bigger ones so the tyres dont catch on harsh bumps, anyone done this and can point me in the right direction for getting some??

Cheers

crikey, i'm surprised you haven't smashed the sump off the engine yet..

you can get universal polyurethane bumpstops from powerflex, check out thier website, there's bound to be something suitable

I dont rag the car them days went when i sold the GT4. Tyres only catch now and then but as u say i dont want to smash the sump so will go look at powerflex site and awsume gti for shallow sump.

that old fable :giggle: people don't buy a vrs to tickle it, secretly they just wanted a fast car...

anywho, about the bump stops, i seem to remember that skoda list more than one size of bump stop on etka too, when i put koni fsd's on my 2.0 fabia there were a choice of different length bump stops but that was a few years ago now so they may not be the same now
