hi guys,newbie on here ,go easy ... have 2006 19 td1 tour ,box was reconditioned at 190,000 km .now have 380,000 km .

new flywheel fitted 2 months ago and passed n.c.t [mot]a week ago .however have found it differicult finding reverse gear .no crounching sound

but takes 2 good pushes to get it in .... is it the box again ??? any surgestions would be helpful ... cheers .

Maybe the clutch needs bleeding? Or the linkage adjusting? There are various video guides on youtube for doing this...
