Hi all

I had the engine managment light come on yesterday and straight away looked under the bonnet. There is a leak on one of the hoses which seems to head underneath the manifold and thins off at the end. Does anybody know what it`s purpose is? I`m certain the car isn`t pulling as hard as it normally would. With the car being used everyday and covering around 35,000 miles a year i always keep well on top of servicing and repairs so if anyone could help me out that would be great.

They have a habit of breaking down and rotting, so the silicone one above is a good choice if its the one youre talking about.

Ive recently replaced this pipe and as said above it is a common one to go.
