My mechanic has put the oil in the below link in my car as part of the service (2006 Octavia 2.0tdi dsg) is this the right oil ? will it be sufficient ?

Yes - it meets VAG spec 505.01 (which should be on the container).

Depends if you are on variable or standard servicing. Variable requires 507.00.
