Hi I am new to this forum. I am looking to buy a Skoda Yeti 1.6Tdi Greenline elegance, has anybody got one of these or as ordered one. Is it a 6 months wait or longer for this model any information will be gladly received. Pete

six months appears to be the average time at the moment for a diesel Yeti; my 110 TDI 4x4 was ordered at the begining of November and I belive it arrived in the UK today

Not sure if you wish to order locally but I'd recommend an e-mail to James down at Allams in Epsom ([email protected]) Regularly contributes to the forum and is very helpful with info.

We ordered ours on 26 March 2011, the week before when we just went to look was told it was a 12 to 15wk wait but on the day of order was told upto 20wk.

Since being on here and reading alot, I am not so sure it will be "only" 20wks.

FYI, Yeti Greenline 1.6 TDI CR Elegance in Pacific Blue and Gobi Sand Leather, TPM, Rubber Floor Mats and Boot Liner, Mudflaps allround, Lifeshine and Dealer Fit TowBar.

Go for it Pete, it will be worth the wait.

I have one on order (just confirmed as built this very morning) in pacific blue.

Ordered Mid Jan and i was given build week 17 (ended up as either end of 15 or very early 16).

I believe the lead time is a bit higher now on the diesels (but i'm unsure if the problem is just the 2 litre diesels?).

Assuming i get delivery mid may that is about 4 months all in.

I guess James from Allams will know better on current quoted times.

Was tempted by the Gobi Sand leather but chickened out and went for the Onyx with the Pacific Blue.

Would love to see how it looks though.

Figured my toddler might be a bit too much for a light coloured interior.

Nice to know there will be at least one more PB greenlineII out there.

If you have a look through the pinned members photos thread there are several pictures of pacific blue, but not of the lowered greenline model.

I've got the Greenline SE and very impressed with it. Loving the Start-Stop technology :D

I had a Cappucino Octavia Scout, which I found a little anaemic in the flesh (although very good at hiding dust and dirt); my initial Yeti order was again for Cappucino/Onyx but then I saw a second-hand Muscovado/Gobi combination and was smitten. Now that it has arrived, I am delighted with it. I say, go for the Musky (and Gobi)!

Hi Pete, ... Yes I have one I was lucky enough to take the demonstrator from my local dealer before they were able to register. Speaking to them at the time pf purchase I was told that the wait time for this model is in excess of 7 months so I consider myself very lucky to be driving one...... !!.

Had the car for a month and find it to be refined and very capable, most of my driving is motorway and its averaging well over 60 mpg

I have just discovered that my CR140 DSG has this technology built in as well.........its called a key

Hi ,Yeti worth your 6 months wait, I have to wait two years for my Yeti.

Got an email today from Lex Autolease to say my Yeti Greenline Elegance will be delivered to my door on the morning of 6th June. Wow... that's roughly 12 weeks from confirmed order in March. I don't know what I've done to deserve this!!!

To be fair i got mine in 14/15 weeks (same spec) which was 2 to 3 earlier than i was quoted.

So far it has been most excellent too

I'm assuming the timing issue is to do with the 2 litre diesels and/or some fancy extras people spec?
