After i had the car lowered in 2009, i put the standard springs back on it last year because the wife was pregnant, and when the baby came he was gonna be travelling in my car. The wife has had the airbag turned off in her car, so our son is always in the front passenger seat of her car with me being chauffered (is that how you spell it?) round which is quite nice sometimes and it means i can have a drink if we go to relatives. good times.

i therefore decided to lower the car again to stop it looking like a John Deere because 99.9% of the time its just me in it.

anyhow, after an advisory on the MOT showed that i needed ned pads, discs and bushes on the front i asked my mechanic to lower it again - see the results below!

I was running 17 Spiders with Weitecs but have gone back to the 16 standard alloy. How much lower is your motor sitting?

just lowered on springs mate.takes it down around 40mm. Spax springs.
