Does fault code P0299 means the diverter valve is shot?

In special notes - N249 is the solenoid valve

it was knackered divertor valve for me My link, just noticed your car has been remapped so a good chance this is the problem, you could always remove to check before you order one.

This could be a variety of things, if you search for P0299 I have quite a few topics on here about this issue. I had this fault code and changed the Diverter valve, PCV valve (now have a bsh catch can fitted)and the N75 Valve. In the end I changed the boost hoses and this cured it. It might be worth renewing the DV, PCV to the latest revision anyway and getting the system pressure tested..
