Gauge pods

Featured Replies

Having spend Friday afternoon drooling over a 3 gauge pillar mounted pod in a coleagues Scoobie, I've decided I just have to get one!

So, what manufacturers do people tend to use in Skodas/VW's.

I'd like a 3 gauge pod showing boost, amps and temp if possible.

Photos would be good too.

Try a search for gauge mountings and you will get a few useful hits.

been there, done that, failed to find any pillar mounting photos :(

i have been talking to nomad about a skoda one, just gotta sort some pictures out for them and get back to them, but i have resolved myself to just mounting a pod on the dash.no part numbers match in the VAG range to the octavia A pillar.but maybe a seat leon or golf one could be modded to fit

I've decided to make up my own 3 gauge pod to mount on top of the dash, similar to ones available for scoobs. It'll involve vast ammounts of rubbing down and filling to make it look good but I have high hopes!

Or I could just try and mod a scoobie one lol!

Have just ordered a bost gauge and single A pillar mounting pod from www.gaugeshop.co.uk. The texture is very similar to the black plastic trim on the a pillar in my octy vRS and will fit realy well with just a bit of triming. They also do a 3 gauge pod. Have not fitted it yet but will post pics when done.
