What Some Czech Owners Are Up To

Featured Replies

Interesting..... Thank goodness we're on an island that's all i can say ;)

You dont see many Fabias that look look that over here!

TBH when I visited the Czech republic there were loads of cheap n' cheerful modded Skodas everywhere! The fashion seems to be to fit a really OTT bodykit and fit the smallest alloy wheels you can find..

I guess the fabia is to them what the nova is to us... uhm... you... uhm... them others ;)

Q.

On the first link, there is a modded superb and a modded vRS estate.

Fabia WRC rep is cool.

Octavia WRC rep is cool.

Superb is lovely.

Octavia estate with twin lights (front and rear) is nice tho the surrounds need painting.

Fabia in black and orange... distinctive!

Miss my subs n spoilers days! :(

the lower pic looks like an E36 BMW!

love the bonnet on the Octy WRC... a source of inspiration

Nice wheels on the black Superb. Very highly-tuned Mercedes-like.

Well, they look pretty hideous I think.

Agreed. 0/10 for taste. :(

bit too RS turbo... even for my tastes.....

the lexus ones on the fabia in the pics look quite funky...

I don't understand why anyone would want Beemer-style angel eyes on the front of their Skoda and Lexus-style rear lights. It strikes me as turning a very good car in its own right into a kit car lookalike. grumpy.gif

Those are the clusters I like!

They need painting tho!

heh, and note they are a 4x4 :D

I'd rather not, thankyou...

And thats just the beauty of having a car that you can shape into the look you want... Nowt as queer as folk they say :D

Q.

I'll stick with Photoshop for that sort of mod. :(

What CRAZY looking cars.... Looks like the kind of thing Jon would aspire too... :D

I can't see myself going that far, even if I won the lottery. Tampering with the bits that function, as opposed to what just looks good, is what I'd get up too.

I bulked out with mods when I changed the 4X4 badge for a lesser model. And at least that mod was in the family!

I'm seriously considering to open up the front valance as seen on the 340bhp vRS, and replacing the normal spoiler for a WRC one. But it has to wait until I've tinted the windows first ;)

Q.

...and fitted door pillar trims?

No need Denis... I'm not the one driving a hearse ;)

It's black, there really is little point in the pillar trims, really only works best on lighter colours.

(yes denis, dynamic blue is technically lighter than black, so I include that :D)
