Been looking at the boot spoiler thread and noticed on superskoda that bonnet stripes are now available as an original Skoda accessory :wonder: if this ties in with the various colour roof options due soon.

Yeah, I spotted those stripes the other day. I was actually looking at the snow grille covers - Grille Cover and about to order them until I got to the checkout page and seen the postage price!!

Yes they are a tad expensive for delivery, even taking into account overseas postage. Mind could not resist the feet door sill protectors which I don't believe you can source here in the UK. Tried a couple of dealers and drew a blank. Allams however could get the roof moulding stripes, so all being well she should have a zebra crossing on the roof when I collect

I'm sure a local sign maker could do the same job at a much more reasonable price.

Can you imagine what a mess most SUK dealers could make of fitting those bonnet stripes?

i wouldn't pay someone to fit those stripes and there's NO WAY i'm going to pay 135euro plus postage!

considering the vinyl cost is only about £20 and labour for cutting only £10 i reckon they are taking the pi$$

if you really want these then a trip to your local sign shop will get you the vinyl and it's an easy DIY job to fit them.

if you want any advice re fitting just ask, i used to have a viny graphics company.
