But of advice needed I'm getting a bonus at the end of may an want to buy a set of coilivers u don't want to ruin them by putting it as low as I can straight away so what I want To know is do I have to lower it gradually or can I just slam it to the floor

When new, they take a little while to settle, but yes you can slam as fast as you like. Personally i`d lower it a sensible amount then once they settle, drop them a little more.

as above mate they will take a while to bed in and they you can just play with them until you are happy with the ride hight
