As the title, can this be done?

I really can't get along with the green lights, it looks too old? I've always been used to Audi's red and white and Vw blue and red.. and would love to change the fabia to either, anything other than green really..

Any advise guys?

It's been done before, but it's not a case of swapping one LED over, it's a very involved process by the look of it.
