Hi all, wondered if any others had experienced this issue. I have had the car since new (09) and only just recently had to fold down the rear seat back. When I did it, the rear centre belt recoils so tight that it makes pushing the seat back in the verticle near impossible. It has been repaired (unlocked) twice and had one new set belt unit. I am going to send the car back to Skoda and just wondered if any othrs had experienced the same issue..? Thx.

Seems the belt needs to be retracted out fully and then reinserted back slowly and squarely....it's probably the uneven recoil of the belt that is causing it to lock prematurely...hth
