And you think you've got troubles.

I've got something in my front passenger seat that never stop rattling on.

Thinking of trying a good dose of WD to see if that stops it.

Sunglasses? Parking ticket holder? These are 2 that sound like they are coming from somewhere else...

I have a rattle from somewhere around the passenger seat - it is driving me nuts!

I found it :D had checked sunglasses and parking ticket holders first ironically but I took off fuse cover on side of dash the flipping air duct that feeds the vent on drivers door was able to move a lil making the sound wedged it in a lil better now and SILENCE IS GOLDEN! (or Race Blue)

Must try that this weekend - I have a rattle / squeak (like plastic rubbing on plastic). It's been into servicing and they can't detect it (obviously they didn't take it for a blast down the A roads) - reminds me of that aircraft mechanic who got a report a plane used to loose power at 30,000 ft but he couldn't replicate the fault on the ground :)

Hey, it worked for me too.

One thing to watch out for. One of the three metal clips that fits over the plastic lugs came off and disappeared down behind the fusebox.

Luckily I could see it and fished it out with a very small magnet taped to a piece of brass wire. Watch out for these clips as you draw the cover away from the main dashboard.

Did it cure your rattle?
