Pre Lift+Columbus+ Bluetooth

There is a challenge:

I my Octavia 1Z Pre lift MY2008 i have already successful update Stream to RNS510. The original gateway was "L", and there was no battery drain issue. Now i put wires and roof antenna from O2FL for phone preparation.

Now the question is which module i should use? I reading information's about it since months. What i want:

MFSW should work and Maxi-DOT too. Alsow i wanna use RNS to make calls etc. I heart all new units (novero HT-4) doesn't support old Maxi-DOT:( and one thing. My mobile phone doesn't support rSAP. what choice i have? is there any UHV which work with Columbus and old Maxi-DOT/MFSW?
