Octavia vrs problems!

I've been having problems with my car for a while now. The epc light is always lit on the dashboard but more seriously my car is starting to cut out more, the epc + traction control lights come on the dash whilst I'm driving and loss of turbo power/revs rise very slowly, any ideas? I also have a Clifford alarm and have been told this could be causing issues as I find when I deactivate this along with the main car alarm, the above mentioned lights disappear. But they keep reappearing! Help!
