Need a bigger/better/stronger clutch please for a PD130 Ibiza MY05.

Currently have the one you fitted in 2008, the Helix affair but destroyed it (wear and tear and all that jazz)

Thinking 600lb.ft+ to be on the safe side, not bothered about day to day useage as its not a daily car. Just want a clutch that will take abuse, often and alot.

Can I have the clutch/s you would go for with BEST prices delivered and/or fitted guys

I'll have a look into this for you but I'm not sure I can get anything which will put up with that sort of Torque/Abuse combined.

Tried everywhere that we deal with for you, Nobody at all does anything which will do the job you need it to do!

Do you have a paddle clutch for my Helix set up? Good for around 500lb.ft?

Just waiting to hear back from Helix as they don't actually offer a paddle for the SMF conversion kit (just the one you have got) so fingers crossed he will get back to me!

They do and they don't... It's not listed for the Ibiza PD130, but it's listed for the Golf PD130/150 which uses all the same parts.

I've sold a couple to people with Fab vRS's and they've been spot on!

Was going to say yes they do one.... still waiting to see what torque they can cope with.

Aye, they do mate just trying to get hold of them to get a 100% answer on torque rating is a blooming nightmare!!! The padle clutch kit to suit your current kit I have been told will not be anywhere enough.

But to cover something like 600lb/ft he could look at doing a twin plate 215mm kit which can take 638lb/ft and twin 200mm 544lb/ft (static)

He is not sure if the twin 215mm can be fitted in the 6 speed where as he does know the twin 200mm will fit.

The twin 200mm kit will cost - £1503.40 inc VAT for parts only (again I have been told this will fit)

The twin 215mm kit will cost - £1557.18 inc VAT for parts only (this one might not he would have to check it out but he said he is very busy at the moment and it will not be for 2-3 weeks before he can look at it)
