This is true. I have a car to p/x that is a non dealer retail car (i.e over 3 years old and 30k). So what i propose is to get a trade book value for the car, and ebay it at that. This means someone will get a very cheap car indeed :( But needs must. I am off to my local dealer on saturday to benchmark a deal. The key for me is cost to change
