What's it worth?

Featured Replies

Well, my Dad wanted me to check what you guys think as he's debating whether or not to sell the Octavia now, and buy the New RS when it comes out later this year, just wondered what your thoughts are:

Metallic Black - Diamond Bright Treatment when new.

02 Plate

24k Miles

1 Owner from Brand New

FSSH

Recently had 4 x Pirelli Rosso's

Rear Parking Sensors

Sunroof (not sure if that's standard?)

Still under Skoda Warranty until May

UK Supplied

When i say this car is Mint..... my Dad is the biggest car enthusiast i've ever known (next to myself), it gets washed every week without fail - never parked near other cars, never parked near a kerb etc - there's not one mark on the bodywork or wheels!

It's literally as new, he even put a big mat sideways across the drivers footwell to protect the light coloured carpet from getting grubby!!!

So then, any ideas what she's worth at the moment?

What model is it ;):)

Edit - oops, just noted that its got light carpets so must be Octy RS.

Doh - can't believe i didn't put that bit in lol!

Yep - 2002 Skoda Octavia vRS 1.8T 20v 180bhp.

Glass' guide gives it

Think about if he really wants the new vRS..Having just dropped my vRS off at my local Skoda dealer for a service, where I was shown paperwork for the new OCTAVIA "SPORT", 150bhp engine with 17"alloys and some of the vRS features..............

If it's got 200+ BHP and a few more toys, Sat Nav, Bose Stereo etc i reckon he'd go for one......

I know the Sport model is coming out but he definitely won't go for that, i must admit i'm surprised it'll be 17k - that's a lot for a car with a lower spec!
