I want to take the number plate surround/holder off to spray it. I know people take them off to do the 'wide mouth'. But I want to take it off without braking it.

Is there a way of removing it??

yeh, bumper off (10 mins) and it unclips from behind, but its not smoothe behind it, it couldnt stay off without looking bad, unless ou planning on it it or having the bumper smoothed

Just wanna spray it, then put it back on.

Will bumper come off without taking headlights out?

iv managed to pull mine off because it was damaged before but not sure how to get it off normally. as for removing the lights, this isnt a hard job anyway mate, 2 screws in the top, one down the back behind the light and one at the front towards the inside of the car kind of in line with the plate but further up obviously
