obvious reasons i need to maintain back pressure, but need it free flowing and unrestrictive

Im looking away from the de-cat personally .... the last minuite sensible option has come in .......

So leads me onto .... Sports CATs....

What brand? cost? where from (links)?

Do they make much difference to the sound? what do i expect performance wise compared to going illegal and having a decat?
