Has anyone ever fitted these onto a Fabia VRS with 17" Spiders? (Or at all?!)

I read that with an Octavia, you've got to reduce the disk size slightly..............Don't wanna do that really..........

There is something floating around somewhere. The discs did have to be milled down, I imagine you would need 18" alloys too.

All the bits are pretty expensive too, I wouldn't bother tbh.

On a golf, it can deffo be done on some 17" wheels (e.g 17x8 OZ superleggera, VW Longbeach, TT Comps & 6 spokes ), but I don't think that Spiders are going to give enough clearance :(

That's the spirit - if they didn't fit, there would plenty of potential buyers on uk-mkivs, cupranet and here (myself included - I'd love to get some R32s behind my BBS rims)

Given the probs people have with brembos on here, I really can't see them fitting behind spiders without spacers....

I'm assuming that no-one would be crazy enough to attempt this on standard, so will also assume (since everyone has a set), that he must be running 17" spiders :p

Im sure iv read on edition that discs are mega expensive, and a very heavy set-up

Around 200 a disc. And they wouldn't fit under 17" spiders anyway if you did win them

I don't begrudge spending £130 for discs

The disc fits physically, it's the caliper that's the issue, like with the brembo and AP kits.
