Car makes squeek at very low speed and wen turning left. Any ideas? Is it common problem? All i can think is brake catching

does the squeak stop when you press the brakes?

Does the squeak occur in very dry weather conditions, then disappear after a shower of rain with the roads being wet?

Yes stops when braking and seems be in all weathers.

More than likely front brake pads. Take front brakes apart clean everything up, deglaze the pads and grease contact point dont go mad to much grease is just as bas as not enough
