Inside of rear wing - easy way to access?

I went to replace the brake light bulb - being so clumsy I managed to knock the rear light bulb out when removing the light cluster and it fell down the hole at the bottom of where the light cluster sits. Then, when removing the brake bulb, I dropped it, so it followed the first bulb down the hole .

I'm sure I can now hear them rattling about although this could be my paranoid imagination. Anyone know if you can get into the inside of the wing by removing the boot trim (without damaging it)?
