Having given up on Jorily, with no reply for over a week having had an initial "I've received your email, get back to you tomorrow" mail...

I need a few little bits for my Mum's Felicia, the most awkward of which is a banjo bolt where the fuel goes into the pump, as shown on this diagram:

It's the one with the red arrow which doesn't seem to have a part number on VAG-CAT. It's a M10x1.25 Banjo bolt, but an odd size; yes, I've tried a bike brake one, but a single is too short and a double is about 10mm too long, plus has a tiny orifice and drilling out stainless steel can be hard work...

Can anyone help? I'd also like new washers for both banjos (with red and blue dots) as the return is leaking a bit, leading to air getting in when left overnight...

I'll pull them off the pump I was gonna send you mate and put them in with the other bits as I'm back at work tomorrow, not sure we have the new washers but you should be able to get them from most places if you have the sizes.

i'm pretty sure that banjo bolt can only be bought as a complete assembly with the short pice of pipe and washers

ok mate would have done it tonite but had to rush off to tske the missus to see her mum in hospital, hopefully will get it all sorted and boxed up for tomorrow eve and let you know what the postage is etc
