Time to put my flame suit on :giggle:

audi_a1_01.jpg

I know they are overpriced, not much different to my Fabia and the back is Fugly but they seem to be growing on me everyday!

This is the equivalent of dumping your girlfriend and going out with her slightly older, more posh, very stuck up (fancies herself) sister!!!....Very high maintenance!!!!!

I think if your Fabia finds out it will throw a strop at you and refuse to work!!!

You need to either beat this fettish out of yourself with the wheelbrace....or wash your Fabia by licking it!!... :giggle:

Bit of tonuge action tonight it is

Seen more than a few A1s parked up at the side of the road in the short while they've been out. Early teething problems?

Always liked as a nipper -

I have a qualified dislike for French cars having owned 3 Renaults the middle one of which was the only one that spent more time on the road than in the garage however the Citroen DS3 is a corker and I'm afraid that I'm going to like the DS4 too.

It's safe to say I'll never own another French car much like my 3 lusted after vehicles; Bowler wildcat, Porsche Cayenne Turbo and Ducati 848 (Evo preferably)

love the sound

Are you lot crazy, some of the cars mentioned ( I won't say which) are daft.

For me an Ariel Atom V8.

And a squashed shopping trolley with a V8 engine isn't daft?????

OF COURSE NOT!!!. :giggle: ....

.....JUST PLAIN BONKERS!!!!!!

I've always had a soft spot for old Vauxhalls so the Chevette, Mk1 Astra and Cavalier and the Nova. Can't forget the Lotus Carlton either. Don't like any of the new Vauxhalls though, far too overpriced now.

Lancia Stratos was always a fav in my younger years.

I'll add an Audi TT-RS S-tronic to the cars I like list...

As I just ordered one. :giggle:

Are you starting a collection or something??

Toyota corolla AE86

76' Nissan skyline

Mk1 escort

Cavalier turbo/gsi

Saphire cosworth

Escort cosworth

Evo 6/7/8

Mk1/2 focus rs

Skyline r35 gtr

Just a few I like :giggle:

Cavalier turbo/gsi

Strangely, I agree with this one :o Especially if subtly modded.

A mate had a saloon one that he did a bit of work on. Adjustable coilovers, brakes, white 5 spoke wheels. No nasty bodykit or skirts, it looked brilliant! With some small engine mods it went like stink and cornered on rails.

Then he sold it, and the new owner had completely wrecked it within 3 months :'(

Oh yes, new Stratos....yes please...

When I first saw it about a year ago I went weak at the knees........heard a bit of trouble with Ferrari backing out of supplying the cars (as based on chassis and engine from F430???..can't remember)...as the initial press car was brilliant and I think Ferrari initially gave their blessing then suddenly thought "hang on if this is so much better than ours using our cars then....bugger" ......hope Ferrari see sense at let them be built! I worked for a Vauxhall dealership when these were launched, Left a lasting impression.emoticon-0148-yes.gif

Blast from the past!!!......There was a Lotus dealership around the corner from where I lived at Uni and they had one in the showroom then it was launched.........4 people and luggage and speed.......also the last ever licenced one lives near me....but spends alot of time in the owners car showroom! :S

Really like the Lotus Carlton - I know its only on Gran Turismo 5, but it was the first car I bought after I won some credits!

Otherwise, I really like the Bugatti Atlantic.

I had a 450 SLC that some nutters crashed into at night, totalled it. Really sad, really like that car, probably my favourite car I have owned (which includes the Yeti, Spitfire and 250CE). The sad thing is I have only insured it two weeks and taxed it 1 day before it was crashed into and left me stranded in Bath! I have only owned it for 5 months! That is one of the car I would definitely buy again!

I'm driving a 1999 Freelander at the moment and I have to say I really like it. No, really like it.
