It's a shame it can only Bluetooth to a garman sat nav and not to say your phone.

why? there are already much better options for your phone (android related anyway)

download the 'Torque' app from the android market, at about £2. purchase one of these:

all the same features of the Garmin at a fraction of the price. I plan on using that coupled with a bluetooth android tablet for a carputer-esque install at somepoint.

You're right. it should be posted in 'General Car Chat', or probably better, in the 'Maintenance & Performance' section.

It looks a good device, if you own a new Garmin sat-nav, but useless if you don't. It's like 'iRev' or the iPhone/iPod or as mentioned above 'Torque' for Android phones.
