900000 does 9000

Featured Replies

I never notice these things until I'm 10 miles past it so was very surprised when I noticed the Monster clicking over to 9000 miles on Sunday going to Kent to pick up two Chesterfield fireside chairs. The next time I can take a picture like this is at 90000 miles! So well into the future (I hope)!

At nearly 39 not quite yet! But the new house has a huge dining room with a working fire place... So the space in front of it was just begging for some fireside chairs! AND there is a new tiger in the house that needs somewhere in front of a fire to sleep!

B) -cat......

That's as posh a pussy as I've clapped eyes on in quite a while.

But then the eyesight and the memory are not as they used to be...damn this BSE!!!

Hehehe... he is an Ocicat. Also known as dogs trapped in cats bodies!

Nice looking cat. Thought it was a Bengal at first. I've never heard of an Ocicat before and just had a quick read on the wiki. If we get a family cat we would probably have went for a Siamese as my Sister has one of those and it's a brilliant cat...full of personality. Although might consider an Ocicat now as I like the sound of the dog in a cats body thing....sounds more sociable and playful than the usual stereotypical cat. My Mum has a couple of Ragdolls that would be as well being stuffed toys :D

Thanks. He is gorgeous. And he is just like a dog. He fetches balls and brings them back! You can toilet train them to use a real human toilet too! (Not done this yet!) Full of beans and unlike most cats runs up to strangers that come visiting and then he wants his tummy scratched - by strangers!!! Amazing. But then for this very reason they also move in with anyone they might find on their daily walkings outside so best to keep them as 100% indoor cats.

my personal faces are Birman cats.

You'll find most of the attributes of friendliness and fetching can be found in many pedigrees that have been socialised properly.

I have a feral queen that is only 10 months old that has invited herself into my cottage, and then produced her own offspring - in her proper home in a discarded tractor tyre in the field!!

She wanders in every day to be fed by this dumb human who is putty in her paws - and allows me to pick up her little feral kitten and cuddle it too.

its about 3 weeks old and its eyes are just open - and for the first few days hissed and spat like a good un. Now? it pads about of the human belly and exercises its claws on my skin!!

Awwww. - animals, eh? Do i love my job? You betcha.

Great sounding cat Johann. Does it bark emoticon-0140-rofl.gif

We have some burmese cats. the daughter is as sharp as a nail, but the mother was a drug user in a previous life and she is as thick as two planks, and now fat with it as well, hence the nickname 'thick fat cat' emoticon-0136-giggle.gif.

Back OT.

You are still keeping ahead of me with the miles! I'm only on 8350 at the moment. Newquay is calling though, and I'm off down there on Wednesday for a week.

hehehe He does not bark but he does "talk" a LOT!

AH.... I await YOUR 9000 picture then! :giggle:

Lovely cat Johann, you must have heard the saying "Dogs have owners, Cats have servants"

One seal point Siemese and one Siemese cross resident at our house. Cat flap installed in the kitchen door but much more entertaining to stand at the front door and ask to be let out and fool us to get up and oblige with the request.

I've always been quite fond of a little pussy myself. :giggle:

:x

Our burmese do that, but at the back door. Swmbo won't let them out the front. Last moggie was run over....

now that's a cute cat.

my favourite has always been a slim ginger cat but i've recently discovered that i'm allergic to cat hair so that's that!
