HELLO chaps,

got problem with my skoda octavia 2005 tdi, ive lost power steering and other controllers are reporting abs data bus missing. I have gone through the fuses and relays and no joy. I have also checked for power supply to the abs unit and power is there.....two positive power supplyes and earth. So in my opinion i think i have problem with non working abs computer? The part number of my abs ecu is 1K0 614 117H BEF, is there is a replacement part number i could use instead??? Perhaps from audi A3, Golf V, or SEAT Leon?

hello there, thanks for your input!

i have cleared all other fault codes and the ones that come back are the ones related to ABS. I have checked power supply to ABS unit and i do get two positive supplies (cannot remmember the pin numbers now)and one earth so in my opinion i belive there is demaged abs unit?

what do you think?

Maybe put up the errors that are left on there now, might help
