as the title says, I have set my alerts as "old style ring" and "glass break" for text and call alerts, but there is no sound if I get a text, or receive a phone call! It used to work when the phone was new (just a few weeks ago) .. other sounds work, i.e the alarm, speed trap app satnav app ect ect, but it just vibrates when I get a text or call :(

any ideas? ive tried every option I can think of, but can't get it to work :(

yeah, something like that! the big fat switch above the volume control... er... "mute" or "silent" I think it is
