I think in general a std petrol injection engine will see about 10-12% gain

Normal atmo engines won't really give you that much in terms of outrights gains....as Doer1 said around 10%.

Probably will be a little more top endy.

If you have the dosh then the more traditional mods will do wonders....porting, cams etc....but time is money.

IIRC AAT are getting circa 170bhp from 1.4 16v........give Erik a call to discuss if interested.
