Quick question. Has the mk1 Chrome grille surround stayed the same shape or did it change when the 04/05 facelift arrived?

So the painted outer and the chrome are the same shape as the later ones? Ive bought a straight grille as i want to try a few things with the outer and chrome but want to keep the stock ones for when i come to sell the car
