Hi,

Just wanted to chuck a quick question out and see if many have had the same problem, I have an Octavia 1.9 TDI 2001 model, i have noticed on bumps (or especially on the cobble stone drive) there is a knock/clunk noise coming from what seems to be the rear strut mount? Does this sound like the most likely cause and my other question is does the strut mount have a bush on it? That could be replaced, all i can find is this on Ebay

Most common cause of knocking from the rear is the rear beam axle bushes being worn.
