i know its probably an obvious answer but thought i would see if anyone has any experience of it

does modifying your superb affect the warrenty , thinking about lowering it ,different wheels etc B)

Generally common sense applies. If you lower the car then you'd be unlikely to see a claim for suspension issues honoured. By the same token if you then found a fault with, say, the boot release that should be okay. I doubt Skoda (or any other manufacturer for that matter) would be likely to pay for repairs under warranty after a 3rd party mod had caused, or could potentially have caused, damage.
