Its fixed via some black headed poppers. You have to remove the wipers too. Most the time the poppers break so id get some spares incase.

You have to remove the black poppers, as said above they'll break so get some new ones. Also you have to remove the wiper arms, you'll almost certainly need a puller tool to get them off, I got one from Machine Mart, didn't cost much.

May remove mine to spray it, looks a little discoloured.
