Only I've got spare one (see for sale section ;) )

Polishing does nothing, costs more and can actually lose power.

You should concentrate on manifold matching, chamber volume balancing, port volume matching and cross-sectional uniformity, throat radii and get the valves back-cut and quality three-angle valve seats done.

After that increase inlet valve sizes whenever possible and open the inlet ports up a little, leave the exhaust valves and ports alone.

Jabba did good work on my head (twice! :D) and it definitely breathes better. Standard head will choke at about 240bhp once all other methods of increasing power have been tried. Cam might help a bit on stock head though.

ISTR you had 1 mm (?) bigger exhaust valves fitted?
