Formula One Autocentres are doing Uniroyal RS2's for £77.93 fully fitted, strikes me as a good deal for a national outlet, my local ones were struggling to get stock.

They don't let you link directly but pop your reg in here http://www.f1autocentres.co.uk/buy-tyres-online.php and it returns the right size, 205/45/R16/W.

Can anyone beat that?

Had a terminal puncture last week, rang round everywhere for 1 rainsport 2 for the fabia.

Forumla One were the cheapest, found a code online and got an extra £5 off too

I would be tempted to go for F1 auto centre, however, I've just checked locations of centres and the nearest one is in Doncaster, which is 85 miles away . :(

You might find it's not as 205/45 16 are the correct size tyres for the Mk1 Fabia vRS. :p

However, I think they are used on the mk2 Fabia (non-vRS). I am guessing you are saying this, from the recent tyre thread in the General Car Chat section.

Sounds like a good deal that guys.

I had a look on the net recently and the only places that had them in stock were after £100+ a corner, plus delivery, fitting, balancing etc.

I called my local up, who said they could get them for £86 a corner- including fitting, tracking and balancing- and have them in the day after.

18 months or so ago I paid £75.50 a corner plus tracking from the same place, so still pretty good for me.

Great tyres, glad to have them on again.

They did contact me today by phone to say there is no stock around. There is another shipment in September but the price has gone up by ~£35 on the website.
