Swing Radio Problem

Featured Replies

Hi, I have not seen any problem reports re Swing radio.

My problem is that when listening to an AM station the radio suddenly switches to a FM station which is not one my preselected stations.

This happens once every 10 - 30 minutes or so.

At that time both the bottom line on the screem (which shows all the station names or frequencies) and the top line (which shows the outside temperature, the selected inside air condition temperatures and the fan status) disappear.

Usually pushing the "radio" button once or twice gets me the right AM station back.

This happens with both marginal strength and very strong AM stations.

The car was delivered in december 2011. I have done over 12000 km since and this is the only problem I have encountered with this great car.

I would be grateful for any insights re this problem.

Sounds as if you could have TP traffic announcements enabled which takes over the entire set.
