I cant believe it but for the 2nd time I have been let down on ebay.... I am so angry!!

Anyhow it sold for £1850 so before I offer it to the 2nd bidder who bid the same amount I thought I would offer it on here if anyone is interested at the same money.

I will give it a few hours on here so drop me a pm if interested

Cheers

Jezzzz that's a cheap car at that money!!

Thanks Phil08...... I cant believe it has not sold yet. I suppose its just the state of the economy at the moment? Fingers crossed it will go soon.......

It's suprising really there must be someone that's wants a safe, big family car!

I suppose maybe the fact its petrol puts off many but I've always found the 1.8t very good on petrol when driven normally!

Have you tried pistonheads yet?

1500???

1500???

Sorry chap, too low. but thanks for the interest. emoticon-0148-yes.gif

Sometimes I really hate eBay. I don't bother with auctions any more, just do a classified advert and hopefully it will get rid of the wasters. A £500 is a complete joke.

Yeah it is a little insane..... Have an offer of £1700 now. just feels like I am having to give it away!!!!! dont know if its worth taking the hit or just keep it???

£1800 and drive away today emoticon-0100-smile.gif

The 1.8T is probably the pick of the petrol engines. Mine was the 1.8T and it never let me down..for any worriers about MPG I regularly for 34mpg and that was me giving it the beans frequently! Good luck with the sale and I hope someone takes great care of it! It even has the sought after 17" "Solid" alloys...will make a great toy for someone!!

For what in essence is the price of nearly a tank full of fuel, I'd take it, otherwise this could drag on seemingly forever. Meanwhile the value will continue downwards as the weeks and months roll by.

I had someone refuse my offer within £100 of a £3,900 car I was looking at earlier on this year. I was staggered, and she's still got it.

Your choice anyway

Thanks Victor, I did think of it in that way but I have already come down from £2200 and £1700 just feels like I would be giving it away.......

Now Sold emoticon-0140-rofl.gif

  • 3 weeks later...

Says a lot about the state of the country when a decent car advertised at around 2k takes a month to sell...
