Does anyone know how to remove the headlight switch on a Fabia I (56, early 2007) please?

I found this but that clearly doesn't apply to my model.

I'd be grateful for any advice.

Yes it does, with the switch in the OFF position, Push the Knob in and Turn it to the right slightly, you may have to carefully grab the cross bar on the knob with a pair of pliers and carefully PULL the whole switch out.

So, now that I've got it out, I need a replacement. It seems that a new one is about £150(!). Looking at eBay, breakers, etc. I'm confused by part numbers. Does anyone know these in detail please?

The part number on my switch is "6Y2 941 531 H 21 H K30761". Are all of these numbers and letters significant - do I need an exact match?

I can find switches with number "6Y2 941 531" and "6Y2 941 531 JDY" for example. Would these be a match?

I expect the H and JDY are the different versions as some cars have front fogs and some don't. Cars with Xenons have self levelers so have no height adjustment wheel as well.
