Hi as a new member, does anyone know if there is a engine management chip / mapping software that can improve the fuel economy for a 2010 Superb 2.0 TDI ?

Yes they can be mapped, BUT most if not all 2010 cars will have the newer 'protected' ECU, which means it has to be physically opened up to be mapped.
