Mod friendly insurers

Featured Replies

who out there is happy to insure a modded car then? almost everyone i try tells me where to go and the the only people to say yes have quoted me nearly double what i pay now :(

From personal experience, Tesco, DirectLine and Chris Knott (through Highway Insurance).... :D

All down to age, car type and mods though. Also worth sticking a lady on the policy as a named driver as that brings the premium down too ;)

Im trying chris knott later....let you know!

we're currently looking, tesco want another 140 ontop for my planned mods.mrs jase is currently ringing around, but so far today i think she said "master quote"have been the most reasonable,549 quid they are part of a larger company but they look after modified cars.

adrian flux wanted 700 quid,oh how i laughed
