New Fabia vRS SE - Straight in to Skoda garage and big bill

Featured Replies

If any of the items that need replacing would cause the car to fail an MOT, then you were sold a car that is unfit for the road and the garage that sold it could be in a whole heap of trouble. But ONLY if you make them responsible; as soon as you let another garage touch the car, you have let the seller off the hook.

You should have contacted them as soon as you were made aware of the problems and insisted they arrange for collection and repair of the car.

You should also contact trading standards and register a complaint against them, if they do ANYTHING except grovel and make every effort to get the car back and repaired asap.
